The $3 whip mount
This is one of the handiest things you can do for your rail or quad. Rather than paying $20 or $30 for some fancy whip mount, you can build a very simple, easy to use one for only about 3 bucks.
Here’s what you need:
- (1) Female air hose quick coupler (w/ female threads)
- (1) Male air hose quick coupler (w/ male threads)
- (1) Male air hose quick coupler (w/ female threads)
The threads of the female quick coupler are just about right to mate with the threads on your whip mount.
